Intro to Freeride SNOWBOARD COURSE

This course is for snowboarders who have ridden a small amount of powder between the pistes and want to experience more of this. We will start by looking at the technical aspects of riding off-piste on gentle open faces.

We will discuss all the safety aspects of riding off-piste, including carrying out a transceiver search. Once comfortable riding off-piste we will explore some slightly steeper slopes and venture into the backcountry including a day split boarding.
